These Pictures are all on Friday

 Our front yard...

This is one of the streets on the way to school

Our school--at the back
 Assembly (G: I played gee-tar)
Spot the Corin!
They only have "four minutes to save the world": senior jump jam. Jump jam is a dancing thing. We do jump jam every week in school. (C): I Have a Feeling is my favorite song. (G) Boom Boom Pow is my favorite. (They use a clean version of it.)
This is our school grounds. Do you see the orange nets? That's where they're growing more grass.

That's my gee-tar case. (G)
This is my friend Daisy and me. We climbed my front yard tree.
Daisy and I made a bug habitat while my brother watched.
This is me at Wave Rave. Wave Rave is at the swimming pool and it has a giant slide. And you see the yellow bracelet on me? That makes sure that I can go on the hydroslide.
At Wave Rave they have entertainment. (G): They have people using fire sticks and flame eaters. (C):They had a lolly scramble. Lolly is what they call candy in New Zealand. The lolly scramble is where people throw candy in the pool and all sorts of kids come screaming in a while pile so they can get at all the candy.
They had globe riders which is where you get into a giant ball which they fill up with air and then you go around inside the ball.

This Week

Ducks in the mist... We were feeding the ducks with cinammon toast on our back porch.
You guys have Cherry Berry? We have Kiwi Berry. (And that's a bad shot of my hair... makes me look like I have sideburns!)
Corin does math. We do mathletics at school, which is just sort of like a computerized math program where you get to create an avatar and buy stuff for it.
 Ruahini Club soccer.
 Another soccer shot...
 Aunt Bev's birthday, with sheep!
My cousins had a go-kart that was not quite normal.
I had to ride around and my other cousin tried to knock me into a mud puddle multiple times.
Corin is riding on the back of the bike. I'm on the kart. It was fun.

The Awesome Esplanade Park!

(C) I met some new people at the Esplanade which is a park. At the Esplanade we did all sorts of things like playing in this wheel, called a hamster wheel I think. And the tree which was kind of hard to climb. Griffin did a good job. And the train went all the way around the park. It took about 15 minutes to go ALL the way around. One of my friends' name is Emily. She is the one in front of this wheel picture. And my other friend is Lizzie. She's the one in the back of the wheel picture. I ate this awesome ice cream: raspberry and vanilla. It was delicious!

Poop...

(G) My class went to the saleyards for a field trip. The first thing that you'd notice was the stench... It smelled like cow poop, sheep poop, and lamb poop. I felt like throwing up there was so much poop! We even had to walk in poop and I wasn't sure what type it was but I didn't think I wanted to find out.

We also got to take a look at how they sell lambs, sheep and cattle. Then after that we went to a farmer's market and they had this really cool booth where they had a guy who would take potatoes and he'd put them through one of those slicing things you use for fruit and he had a drill attached to it and he stuck the potato on the giant pole and he activated the drill and he used the drill to push the potato through the thing and it made the potato come out in a curl on the stick thing, and he made it look like a swirl. Then he deep fried it and it was really cool. And gluten free!

I also got to buy a turnip and some apples. My sister also went on the same day as me. She is in a different class. We had to buy stuff at the farmer's market and trade with people to make deals.

(C) At the market in Feilding I bought soap, flowers, and apples. I teamed up with Daisy and we had to go around doing a scavenger hunt. We each had two dollars. We had to buy the best deal. We put our money together, and we had to buy the deal.

On Sunday my mom and I went to the farmer's market and bought a lot of stuff then we went to the super market and bought tamarillos, which are tree tomatoes. Then after that, we went to the movie rental store to go get Barbie and the Mermaid's Tale 2.
